We are Troop 256 of Austin, Texas, sponsored by Bannockburn Baptist Church. we meet on Tuesday evenings from 6:45pm to 8:30pm at Bannockburn, located at 7100 Brodie Lane. Here at Troop 256, the scouts take charge under the mentorship of the adult leaders. Troop members lead the unit on the many outings and campouts that we partake in. We are a very active troop and take great pride in attending many High Adventure outings over the years such as Philmont, Seabase, Northern Tier, and a myriad of others.
